The role
Our Parramatta Creek Processing Factory is on the hunt for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fish Performance Officer. This role will collect and analyse fish performance, fish health, and quality-based data.
Primarily located at our Parramatta Creek Processing factory, off-site work may be required to further understand Huons fish performance and health strategies.
You will:
Collect and monitor data on fish performance, health, and quality to support decision-making and fish wellbeing insights.
Coordinate flesh quality sample collections and liaise with local feed suppliers for analysis, ensuring effective communication and efficiency.
Assist the Feed Trials team through the coordination of equipment, schedules, and resources for sampling events to optimise operational efficiency.
Collate and report data to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
