S P Jain School of Global Management Job Summary: As a Program Officer at our higher secondary education service provider, you will be instrumental in overseeing, coordinating, and administering a range of programs and services that support our educational mission. You will manage and monitor contracts, work collaboratively with key stakeholders, and ensure that program goals and contractual obligations are met efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving, managing project documentation, and fostering productive relationships with project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management and Compliance : Develop, review, and negotiate contract terms and program variations, ensuring all agreements align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve inquiries related to contracts and services. Program Coordination and Issue Resolution : Respond to inquiries, resolve challenges, and manage program-related concerns raised by service users, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain service continuity. Administrative Oversight : Manage and maintain all documentation related to programs, projects, and services, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, educational consultants, and other relevant professionals to ensure alignment with project objectives and facilitate smooth program delivery. Senior Management Advisory : Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on program matters that require attention. Implement decisions and directives from leadership to meet program objectives. Contractor Oversight and Reporting : Oversee the work of contractors and report on any variations or deviations from work orders, ensuring that service delivery meets agreed standards. Report Preparation and Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data related to ongoing projects, preparing detailed reports on program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Office and Facility Management : Assess and arrange office accommodations as necessary to support program operations and organizational growth. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in education administration, business management, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in program administration, contract management, or a similar role within the education sector. Skills : Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in project management software, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
