Must have extensive knowledge in allaspects of carpentry within the residential sector. Duties and Responsibilities: Hanging doors Fitting, moulding, installing hardware to renovated units Fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames Assisting in ordering and selecting materials and preparing layouts Perform accurate material take-offs as needed & as directed Correctly interpreting construction drawings, take offs & schedules9. Provide training & on-site support for trainees and apprentices. Skills and Qualifications: Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification At least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position The successful applicant will hold relevant carpentry licenses, have a full driver's license, a vehicle, and tools, work within a team environment, and show leadership qualities.
