We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resource Supervisor to join our Assets and Operations team based in Mudgee.
The role will have accountability for managing a multi-disciplined team engaged in delivering construction, maintenance, and customer service work on Essential Energys electrical and energy related network.
The Senior Resource Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day control and monitoring of local operational activities and allocation of local field staff, including the local organising of daily operations to meet the pre-planned work schedule and reallocation of crews and activities where immediate changes to pre-planned works or resources arise.
About You
Experience in managing and coordinating employees, resources whilst implementing standards and procedures for work projects within the Energy Distribution and Transmission environment.
