Job Summary:
The Restaurant/Cafe Manager for the dine-in restaurants -Sinatra Pizza & Café—located In East Victoria Park ,WA, will play a critical role in managing the Restaurant Operations and taking control of the Restaurant by performing the managerial duties required by the organisation.

Job Salary: $70000-$75000 Plus Super

Position: Fulltime

Qualification Required: Minimum Diploma level qualification in Management.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Restaurant or Cafe Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

>Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met to enhance customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly.

>Recruit, train, and develop Sinatra Pizza and café staff to ensure efficient operations and service consistency.

>Create and manage staff rosters to maintain adequate coverage and balance labor costs.

>Coordinate with chefs and baristas on menu development and seasonal offerings aligned with customer preferences.

>Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure the availability of required ingredients and supplies.

>Manage food and beverage costs by minimising waste, controlling portion sizes, and sourcing cost-effective suppliers.

>Develop and monitor the café’s budget, ensuring expenditures align with financial goals.

>Track daily sales, monitor revenue trends, and set targets for staff to optimise profitability.

>Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation processes to maintain financial accuracy and security.

>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

>Enforce cleanliness and hygiene protocols across dining, kitchen, and storage areas.

>Plan and implement promotional activities, events, and specials to attract new customers and increase foot traffic.

>Engage with the local community and foster customer loyalty through targeted marketing and social media.

>Manage customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal customer base.

>Analyse and optimise daily operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

>Adopt industry best practices for service delivery, inventory management, and staff coordination.
