Position Overview:
As a Motor Mechanic at EURO CAR & TYRE, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and regular maintenance for a variety of car brands. This role requires technical skill, problem-solving ability, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform timely and effective repairs on engine systems, brake systems, suspension, and other mechanical
components.
• Inspections: Carry out routine vehicle inspections, identifying and documenting potential issues.
• Part Replacement: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts as required.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work completed on each vehicle.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is conducted safely and in accordance with industry standards.
Skills & Experience:
• Qualifications: Must hold relevant trade qualifications in Motor Mechanics.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry, ideally with European vehicle brands.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to accurately identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality and precision in every repair.
• Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
