Key Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar managerial within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to oversee restaurant operations, including managing dining service, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from entry to departure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training staff, scheduling shifts, and fostering a positive, efficient work environment.

Position Details:
• Full-time positions offering an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications) plus 11.5% superannuation.
