Our client, Evitech, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. Located in Point Cook, Victoria, Evitech is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. The annual salary is $83,500 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop, review, and negotiate the changes in programs, special projects, and support services.
• Establish a customer complaint handling process to protect the VEU (Victorian Energy Upgrades) program and the company's reputation, while efficiently addressing and managing project-related issues and inquiries, as well as their impact.
• Set up a process for HVAC installations while closely working with different departments and upper management to effectively transition to the retail environment while ensuring compliance is met with ESC guidelines.
• Manage documentation related to installation systems, projects, and services provided.
• Collaborate and interact with project manager, clients, sales team, and installation team to meet desired outcomes and set objectives.
• Liaise with different contractors and handle any variations to work orders.
• Advise senior management about urgent matters and implement their decisions.
• Lead a team of auditors and admin staff, providing guidance and support.
• Proactively reporting and assisting consumers with any changes to ensure compliance with organisational goals.
• Gather data from various projects and analyse such data to prepare reports and submissions.
• Collect, evaluate, and compile project-related data to deliver detailed and accurate reports on project outcomes.
Skills Required:
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar setting.
• Must have profound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Should have excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Must possess the ability to solve complex problems.
• Must be capable of working effectively as part of a team.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
