What we are looking for
We are looking for experienced meat processing staff to join our business at Batchelor NT on a full-time basis
About you
Ideal applicant will possess the following:
Must Have:
Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties
Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
High level knife sharpening skills
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Relevant qualification (Cert III Meat processing)
