JDN Monocrane is a one stop solutions shop that can design, manufacture, install and service the full range of standard and specialised, customer specific crane solutions. We don’t just build custom design cranes, we have a wide selection of readily available cranes for sale too. We are a proud wholly Australian owned and operated company with almost 35 years experience in the crane industry. We are currently seeking to recruit several qualified and experienced Welders / Metal Fabricators to join our hardworking team in Dandenong South VIC 3175.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Proficiency in MIG, TIC and Arc welding
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to a high standard
- Fabrication of Light/Medium commercial vehicle bodies including table top trays, tipping bodies, service bodies and Pantech's using MIG welders
- Continuous focus toward meeting exceptional quality assurance standards, waste minimisation & job completion efficiencies.
- All aspects of general fabrication and welding
- Assisting with the training and development of apprentices as required
Skills and abilities:
- Ideally have 4 years’ experience as a Welder / Metal Fabricator
- Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent
- Safety first attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience
