The Role:
We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead and enhance the client journey in our clients' residential building projects. This position is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion. The Client Experience Manager will oversee a dedicated team, collaborate across departments, and streamline processes to resolve client issues while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
