Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for managing operations during their shift. One of four Team Leaders operating 24/5 & 24/7 operations at this Greenfield, state of the art recycling facility, the Team Leader will be a natural and engaging leader, adept at delivering the operational requirements of their shift.
