Administration Officer

PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our growing team in Bathurst NSW.
THE ROLE:

Assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding
Roster / accommodation and flights coordination
Coordinating employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix
Coordinating plant and equipment maintenance records
Creditor/Debtor invoicing
Document Control
Daily timesheets management
Maintain various reports for Senior Management
General office and administrative duties as required

ABOUT YOU:

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
