Salary on offer of $72,000 - $82,000 + super for this full-time position. Reporting directly to the Director/Business Owner, this position involves sourcing high-quality produce and negotiating with suppliers to ensure our inventory meets customer needs. The individual will also provide vital support to the staff, fostering teamwork and enhancing overall performance. Additionally, the candidate will manage daily operations, and uphold our standards of excellent customer service. Responsibilities and duties Include but are not limited to: Monitors sales data and stock levels, and studying trade, manufacturers and market information to keep informed of changing market conditions Negotiating purchase, promotion and supply arrangements with suppliers Scheming and applying pricing marketing, promotional and display strategies Collaborate with management on long-term planning and sales promotions Initiate working plans according to seasonal and budgetary requirements. Predicting consumer rages and controlling quantity, style and quality of goods to be purchased.
