About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Day Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Cavan InfraBuild site. You will be responsible for supervision activities relating to the safe, timely and efficient processing of prefabrication products in line with our costing and quality standards. This site is growing through substantial growth and looking to increase output! For this role, we need someone who is flexible and can work 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Your key responsibilities will include:
Being accountable for onsite safety, ensuring the site meets compliance standards
Ensuring both morning shift and afternoon shift are hitting KPIs and production targets
Managing work flow and resourcing based on the schedule and pipeline of work
