About the team
The Asset Management and Compliance team is a small dynamic team, located within the Community Facilities and Open Space Asset Planning and Management business unit of the Infrastructure Lifecycle Planning and Performance branch. This branch is responsible for asset custodianship and overseeing asset lifecycle management across all customer and community facing infrastructure classes. The portfolio includes buildings across the Gold Coast, ranging from the home of the arts (HOTA), the Citys 9 Aquatic centres through to local community clubs.
