Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective information systems. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will contribute to optimizing our business processes and ensuring smooth system operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis, excellent analytical abilities, and a strong understanding of technology trends.
Responsibilities:
Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients;
Providing training material and user manuals to users of a new systems;
Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system;
Planning and working flexibly to deadlines;
Supporting users on change control and systems updates;
Meeting with several clients and key stakeholders;
Creating projects and costing reports;
Developing financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solution;
Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources;
Examine existing IT systems and business models;
Analyse Financial and marketing systems requirements;
Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Design financial platforms and financial solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and system requirements.
Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as process modeling, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration principles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
