Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As an ICT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our internal staff and customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and customers regarding ICT systems, hardware, and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment, including computers, printers, servers, and networking devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain ICT infrastructure, systems, and services.
• Document and update technical procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist in the development and execution of IT projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
