Reporting to the Operations Manager - Retail Media the Performance Media Specialist will bring exceptional performance media expertise to our expanding retail media team.
You will oversee activities across our owned onsite and self-service platforms as well as paid media extensions, using data and best practice to drive performance

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Monitor our (retail) media customers’ sponsored product, onsite and offsite digital display campaigns.
- End-to-End management of Social ‘Managed partner ads’ (superseding collaborative advertising for our purposes).
- Providing recommendations in post campaign analysis (PCAs), applying your understanding of campaign performance and best practice across our client portfolio.
- Supporting sales team on platform comprehension and new business acquisition, as it relates to supplier onboarding and education, new campaign setup and complex brief responses.
- Ensuring channel performance metrics are captured for weekly, monthly reporting \ reviews, post campaign analysis and delivered in the manner appropriate for specified audience.
