Role and Responsibilities: Working within our large and supportive team, you will provide key support and customer service to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio of residential apartments. You will work in conjunction with our experienced Property Managers and gain exposure to and assist with all facets of leasing and property management. This is a great entry level opportunity to broaden your skills and develop your career within property management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Liaising with prospective Renters (face to face, via the phone and internet/email)
Conducting Open For Inspections and assessing tenancy applications
Organising maintenance and repairs
