Position Purpose
The Contract Administrator (Settlements) position is a fulltime position that provides administrative support to the Novated Lease Consultants and Business Manager in its entirety. Within this role, you will be accountable for effective and efficient settlement processes and ensuring all settlement administration tasks occur in a professional, accurate, compliant and timely manner.
This role is responsible for all matters relating to the execution of documentation and coordination of vehicle delivery. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer service liaising with clients, dealerships and financiers ensuring a seamless and professional process with fluid communication to customers throughout.


Position accountabilities
• Manage paperwork associated with lease contracts
• Negotiate, prepare and review contracts in order for the settlement process to be completed
• Processing of all finance applications and following up on any financier requests for approval
• Ensure information is maintained accurately and up to date at all times
• Manage the settlement process in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Educating customers on the process during and following settlement and responding to enquiries regarding contracts
• Resolving problems regarding lease contracts
• Ensure all leases settle within the required timeframe
• Ensure the final file is managed in accordance with company privacy requirements
• Advising senior management on any contract related matters requiring attention
• Other duties as required by the Business Manager


Skills required
• Relevant Diploma or higher qualification
• Relevant work experience
• Proven customer service experience, including face-to-face or phone-based communication
• Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work outcomes
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary - between $74,000 - $80,000 per annum
