We are looking full - time with Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant.
Salary Offering - $73,000 - $80,000
About the Role
Restaurant Manager is required to perform but not limited to the following duties:
Recruit and Hire Staff including chefs, kitchen staff, front staff, bartenders as per the requirements.
Train and Supervise employees on proper customer service practice and establishment procedure.
Consult with chefs and other staff on planning the menu and adding new items to menu to keep up with the trends and customer needs.
Plan and organise functions such as birthday parties, Christmas parties and other private functions.
Estimate Budgets and goods required for restaurant and then order that with the vendor as per the requirement.
Ensure compliance with cleaning, safety and health requirements for kitchen and dining area.
Monitor inventory, ensure cash handling and financial reporting procedures are followed
