To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, showing great capabilities on:
o Preparing sketches and drawings
o Preparing and revising plans and drawings, as well as blueprints
o Coordinating works programs
o Calculating costs and estimating materials usage
o Estimating time scales
o Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice
o Requesting approval from councils as necessary
o Assisting construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors as necessary
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture
• Drawing experience using AutoCAD
Remuneration will be based on the right candidate's experience. Job will be based in Rockingham WA and no remote work available. Roster is 38 hours per week.
