Position Overview The Knowledge Officer Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the creation, distribution, and management of knowledge and information resources for Court and Tribunal Services, ensuring that valuable information is efficiently captured, shared, and utilised to enhance organisational performance. This role reports to the Manager Court Services - Knowledge and Training and sits within the Knowledge, and Training team working broadly to the Executive Director Courts and Tribunal Services.
