About the Role:
As a Pilot Plant Operator, youll play a critical role in manufacturing high-value extracts. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating the entire plant from raw materials to the final product
Ensuring efficient plant operation while minimizing waste
Participating in stock reconciliation after each production run
Reviewing daily plant performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Completing required documentation, including HACCP records
Conducting QC checks to ensure the product meets specifications
Reviewing GMP audit results, addressing customer complaints, and following up on NCRs
