Strategy Manager-Property portfolio/Leasing
Primarily a key role in developing property portfolio strategies & asset management for work environments (Commercial &/or Retail) globally.
Role Location: Melbourne VIC

Role responsibilities:
Co-ordinate & deliver industry, customer research and analysis and identification of best practice (internationally and within business) to inform strategic development and identify innovation opportunities.
Be a strategic thought partner to influence the senior leadership to adapt and drive efficiency improvements.
Maintain a good working knowledge of varying property markets and industry practices in order to challenge & bring value.
Work closely with the GP Business Partners to understand business needs & to shape property initiatives/solutions that can meet or exceed business expectations.

Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
Strong knowledge & understanding of property accounting, strong understanding of real estate investment & asset management.
Identification and effective execution of improvements to processes
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce complex proprietary financial models with a high level of accuracy, flexibility & attention to detail
Providing advice, recommendations and thought leadership, based on expertise and experience, to address needs.
