Our client is a leading provider of environmental services committed to providing environmentally friendly and sustainable waste management solutions. Due to growth, they are looking for a highly motivated Vacuum Truck Operator to join their Henderson site. The ideal candidate will have High Pressure Water and Vacuum Truck operating experience, and a valid HR License. This role is an ongoing position with full-time hours, and has the opportunity to become a permanent role. Immediate starts available. The role:
Operating plant trucks and travelling to various metro areas transporting and disposing liquid waste
Moving, handling and connecting hoses when required
Housekeeping duties, including sweeping and pressure washing
Undertake the required pre-start checks prior to commencing work tasks
To apply, you will need:
Previous experience as a Vacuum Truck Operator. You will need to be safety conscious, physically fit and capable of completing manual tasks.
HR Licence
High Pressure Water Ticket Assistant OR High Pressure Water Ticket Operator
Vacuum Loading experience
Nationally Accredited Confined Space ticket (must be less than 2 years old)
Nationally Accredited Working at Heights ticket (must be less than 2 years old)
Previous experience in a similar role
Waste Management experience (Desirable)
Forklift ticket (Desirable)
EWP ticket (Desirable)
Controlled Waste Licence (Desirable)
