My client is a market leader in lifting solutions and provides services to all major infrastructure industries
Due to growth we are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the team with interviews to commence immediately
This position can be based out of Somerton or West Melbourne
You will be responsible for
Assist in planning and allocating pickup and delivery tasks to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed in accordance with customer and legislative requirement
Creating and maintaining contractor inductions
Arranging interstate flights for contractors
Manage and maintain site and employee inductions
Provide assistance to fleet controller
Liaising with customers with a focus on a high level of customer service
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
2-3 years experience in Operations Coordinator position or similar
SAP experience preferred
Strong work ethic
Reliable and self motivated
High standard of work
