Position Overview The Training Team Leader is a pivotal part of the Courts operational structure with broad responsibility nationally for coordination of the design, development, delivery and maintenance of learning and training across Courts and Tribunal Services (CTS) within the courts. The role sits within Courts and Tribunal Services which operates across both general federal and family law jurisdictions and practice areas. It includes the contact centre and national entry point for telephone, email and live chat contacts, national document management and processing managed nationally as well as services delivered locally to Judiciary, Registrars and Court Child Experts and members of the public.
