The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Association (NATSIHA) is the first and only national leadership body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community-Controlled Housing in Australia. We want our employees to thrive in NATSIHA, we all can advocate and have a positive impact in facilitating access to quality, accessible, affordable, and culturally appropriate housing to help empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families, and communities.
Vision: All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have housing that aligns to our diverse cultures and aspirations for the benefit of all Australians.
Purpose: Provide national leadership on First Nations Housing that empowers community-controlled solutions and self-determination.
Summary:
The Executive Manager is a key member of the NATSIHA team, responsible for providing a high level of administration support whilst respecting and promoting the cultural values and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
