About the role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Design Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a senior member of our enthusiastic, established and successful team based in our Brisbane office. You will be an integral part of the business and wider design and estimating team, liaising with and managing clients and key stakeholders whilst working along side the project management teams until the end of a project.
As a Design Manager at McNab you will be expected to:
Plan and program the design process effectively to ensure all stakeholders act in a timely manner.
Identify, coordinate and drive consultants to complete detailed design and documentation within specified timeframes.
Challenge consultants appropriately and act with flexibility and curiosity to come up with effective design solutions and find efficiencies in design.
