Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a clinical care team to deliver exceptional aged care services.
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality compliance and resident-centered care.
Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills Requirement
Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered), with a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience.
Proven clinical management, quality and mentoring experience, ideally within an aged care setting.
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Standards and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, resident-centered approach.
