This role ensures safe, seamless and efficient operations of our Inbound Team. The role encompasses overseeing and optimising the entire fulfillment process, from receiving inventory to shipping out orders with a Tim Tam, with a keen focus on supporting the innovation and productivity measures developed to achieve overall business outcomes. This role will at times be autonomous with scope to problem solve within the guidelines and target limits defined. The ability to analyse data and lead people is critical.
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Logistics/Business etc) or equivalent experience
2 years experience in a leadership role with a large warehousing environment
Demonstrated ability to forge great working relationship with people across all levels and roles at Adore Beauty and direct reports
Experience with supplier management, innovation and negotiating - Service, rates
Experience managing conflict and holding tough conversations to ensure the best outcomes
