Cafe Manager-Full-time position vacant at the Cafe TCC Orion Pty Ltd T/A The Coffee Club Café - Springfield Orion, ABN: 21 627 493 501 at 27/1 Main St, Springfield Central QLD 4300. Minimum 38 hours a week.
Job Description:
• Organising and controlling the operations of the Cafe to provide dining and catering services.
• Planning and organising special functions at the Cafe.
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of vegetables, groceries, meat and other consumable and goods according to the requirements and budget of the Cafe.
• Maintaining records of required stock levels and financial transactions of the Cafe.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance. Also, ensuring Cafe is compliant with health codes and sanitation standards including workplace health & safety.
• Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. Attending promptly to any customer complaint.
• Recruiting, training and supervising Cafe staff.
• Managing the reservations of the guests.
• Greeting the guests of the Café.
• Helping the front team in busy time in taking the orders.
• Making sure food is served considering the social and cultural aspects of the food background.
• plan and update the menus in consultation with Chefs considering the market trends.
• Any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Applicant must have:
Completed a Diploma of Hospitality and a minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in a similar position.
Annual Salary (depending on experience/skills) between $73,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation.
