Join us as a Facilities Coordinator within the National Real Estate department at ALDI, based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of 13,000 sqm of office space, supported by 850- car parks.
You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate projects, and support a clean, well-maintained workplace, providing the right environment for 1,300 employees to perform their best.
As the go-to person for facilities management, you’ll build strong, professional relationships with vendors and staff, delivering quality service and representing the department across our National Campus.
- Act as the main point of contact for our corporate teams and contractors in facilitating and approving requested repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee the implementation of scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Manage reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance programs, including scheduling and quality inspections of repairs.
- Maintain and monitor the Facilities Maintenance Issues Register, including conducting facility inspections.
- Proactively manage the performance of contractors to meet or exceed their contract obligations/KPI’s.
- Seek to continuously improve processes and efficiencies of facilities maintenance with internal and external stakeholders.
