The Opportunity
BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Storeperson to join the afternoon shift based in Bibra Lake. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.
This opportunity will see you operate forklifts and overhead cranes to prepare orders for our customer deliveries, while monitoring product quality and remaining committed to your safety and that of the team. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our warehouse role, allowing for future career development opportunities.
You will work on our afternoon shift which runs from Monday-Friday, allowing for work/life balance. You will have access to our Employee Assistance Program, health and well-being initiatives including Fitness Passport. You will receive a competitive hourly wage + night shift allowance and be eligible for our annual profit share (bonus).
What Will You Do?
As a valued member of our Bibra Lake team, you will:
- operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer delivery
- operate processing machinery to prepare orders for our customers
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment

- a current forklift ticket, or prior operating experience
- willingness to learn new skills and apply your enthusiasm for process and safety
- strong communication, problem solving and self-management skills
