- Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards
- Ensure all food preparation and plating is executed efficiently and meets presentation guidelines.
- Perform tasks in a timely manner

- Assist other departments whenever necessary and maintain good working relationships

- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
