The successful candidate will:
- Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster.
- Be customer focused.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be reliable and well groomed.
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
- Australian Full driver's licence – confident driving is a must.
What you will be doing:
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
