We are looking for a Hotel Duty Manager who is dedicated to providing a memorable experience and create that human connection with our guests, at every stage of their stay.
In this role you will:
- Manage and support the Front Office Team ensuring that guest expectations are met.
- Manage the hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
- Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure that procedures relating to Front Office are completed in line with agreed standards
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures including special guests and VIP's.
- Assist with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
- Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
