Task & Responsibilities Assisting in Project Design: Collaborate with senior Designers to assist in the preliminary design and planning of engineering projects. This includes drafting initial layouts and schematics under supervision. Supporting Technical Modifications: Help with basic technical modifications and improvements on existing processes and systems. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues. Conducting Basic Experiments: Perform basic experiments and data collection tasks. Assist in preparing and setting up experiments and collect data for further analysis by senior engineers. Documenting Processes: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, experimental procedures, and results. Assist in preparing basic technical reports and documentation under guidance. Learning and Development: Participate actively in training sessions and workshops organized by the company. Engage in self-learning and study relevant technical materials provided by the company. Observing Quality Control: Support quality control activities by observing and learning the protocols from experienced staff. Help in conducting routine inspections and tests to ensure standards are met. Assisting in Technology Integration: Assist in the integration of new technologies by helping set up and test new equipment and processes. Learn from senior Designers about the latest industry trends and technologies. Supporting Collaboration Efforts: Attend team meetings and contribute by sharing insights and asking questions. Assist in the coordination of tasks among team members and learn to communicate effectively within the team. Qualification & Experience Relevant Bachelor qualification.
