About the Role
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure the organisations priorities are met
Design and deliver a variety of programmes to build organisational capability to deliever the workforce strategy
Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels within the organisation through timely communication
Provide guidance and support to the wider organisation on change management best practices and methodologies.
About You
Extensive experience with large scale organisational change projects
Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Exception communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels in an organisations
An ER/IR background would be beneficial
