ServiceNow Change Analyst SFIA level 6 (Contract, EL1 - EL2)
Provision of Specified Personnel on a time and materials basis in the following role: UX Designer SFIA 6, to undertake tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following:
The Department is embarking on a programme of work to move Information Technology and corporate workflow solutions from its existing legacy systems to ServiceNow. The Department requires an independent and proactive Change Analyst to support the development and execution of organisational change management plans for this transformation program. Working with the Program OCM lead, you will play a key role in helping to shape strategies and plans; creating artefacts and engaging stakeholders to support adoption of new processes and system. To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent coordination and time management skills
Experience in creating content, including communication artifacts, infographics, and presentation packs
Experience in engaging with varied stakeholder groups and teams. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and help manage change management workshops and activities to support the OCM Lead to achieve on-time program outcomes.
Collaborate with Internal Communications team for cohesive messaging and within organisation guidelines
Collaborate with the OCM Lead to develop change management artefacts and tools
Collaborate with the project teams and change specialist to plan and deliver change impact analysis, and change activities
Help undertake impact and readiness assessments, and document key changes to processes and practices, in consultation with subject matter experts, utilising relevant change management tools
The specified personnel may be redirected to assist or work on other projects/activities outside of the branch of initial assignment.
Successful candidates will have experience in delivering CRM solutions; either Salesforce, Seibel or both.
