Our prestigious client is seeking a highly professional Junior Receptionist to join their team. Focused on growth through quality products and service their ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and eager to progress their career to a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, guests, and team members with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring clear communication
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and refreshments as needed
Manage and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and common spaces
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents as needed
Manage visitor logs and provide guest passes
Help coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for visiting clients or team members
Perform light bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
Assist other departments with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
additional education or coursework in office administration is a plus
