The client is seeking a Process Analyst to map, document, and optimise critical business processes across the organisation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to capture, review, and refine business processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in process mapping, familiarity with related tools and methodologies, andideallyexperience in the insurance/banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior team members and managers to guide stakeholders in developing consistent process flows, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Support the establishment of standardised approaches to process mapping, storage, and updates across the organization. Identify interdependencies between functions and divisions and communicate these to management.
Assist in identifying process inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose solutions. Work with management to implement process improvements aligned with broader business objectives.
