Process Mapping Lead

We are looking for an experienced Process Mapping Manager/BA to lead a team responsible for mapping critical processes and procedures across the organisation. This role involves identifying, documenting, and optimising business processes, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and driving efficient and effective process mapping and improvements. If you have proven people management skills, deep expertise in process mapping, and a solid understanding of the banking/insurance industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of process mappers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Train and support team managers for effective performance.
- Process Mapping: Establish and maintain a consistent, efficient approach to mapping, storing, and updating business processes. Identify interdependencies between functions and divisions.
