Bluestone is partnered with a local regional builder who are looking to add an experienced draftsperson to the business.
The Role:
Using Revit software for the preparation of documents and drawings
Ensure that the quality of documentation is to a high standard, drawings are accurate, well structured and clearly presented
Communicate with internal & external consultants
Town Planning & Construction documentation
Skills & Experience:
Experience as a residential Draftsperson
Strong Revit experience & capability or willing to learn
Experience in tendering would be preferred
Ability to work with a team and autonomously when required
Knowledge of construction and proven ability to produce detailed construction documentation
Excellent understanding of building codes and REScode.
