About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Full-time Practice Administrator to join our team at our Bairnsdale location. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers professionally in person and by phone, and assist with enquiries about products.
Professional Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance in uniform at all times.
Multi-tasking: Efficiently handle multiple phone calls and tasks in a busy environment.
Administrative Duties: Perform daily filing, general administrative tasks, and operate the cash register/POS system.
Account Tasks: Handle monthly account-keeping duties, follow up on outstanding account receivables, and maintain accurate records.
Practice Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the practice and facilities, assist in merchandising and practice presentation, and wash and dry practice linen.
Support: Assist with additional tasks as requested by the team.
Team Participation: Actively participate in the Annual Performance Review process.
Compliance: Follow PhysioChoice Pty Ltd OHS and Quality policy, guidelines, and procedures.

Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Presentation: Excellent personal presentation.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs; aptitude for learning new software packages.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in record keeping and understanding of confidentiality of personal records.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with limited supervision.
Multi-tasking: Proven ability to multitask efficiently.
Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple locations, sometimes at short notice (mainly Sale).
Transportation: Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
Mathematical Skills: Strong numerical ability and experience handling financial transactions.
Independent Learning: Ability to learn new skills with remote support.
