Our client "Humm Coffee Roasters" is looking for a qualified Chef to joint their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Cook all menu items to recipe specifications
- Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking various food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Correct recipe portioning of food, place it on plates, and add gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards and food handling practices
- Be a team player
- May plan menu and estimate food requirements
- May train junior kitchen staff

- Relevant Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
