Liftek Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Painting Trades Worker to join their team in Griffith, NSW 2680.

About the position:
Blaster Painters within our company will be required to complete the following tasks, including but not limited to.
- Surface preparation using a range of hand tools and chemicals which may include abrasive blasting, solvent cleaning, dry blasting with air compressor and wiping with rags.
- Painting of prepared surfaces using airless spray machines, air compressors and all safety equipment including breathing apparatus.
- Equipment preparation and maintenance/repairs of all equipment including blasting machine, airless spray machine, air compressor, spray nozzles and hose attachments.
- At times you will be required to act as a Spotter for another worker. This will include safely monitoring their work environment and personal well-being.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities required:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment such as air compressors, spray machines and ability to work with breathing apparatus and safety equipment.
- Ability to participate in all required safety training.
- Ability to use forklift and cranes will be necessary.
- All relevant training will be provided immediately upon arrival and further update training will be schedules at required intervals.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
