POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance business efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and an ability to manage multiple aspects of corporate services, including finance, HR, procurement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar industry and demonstrate expertise in corporate administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
Develop and implement corporate strategies to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with senior management to establish business objectives and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Lead and manage the corporate services team, providing direction and support across all functional areas.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow and ensure financial processes comply with company policies and regulations.
Assist in financial decision-making and provide insights to enhance profitability.
Human Resources Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the company attracts and retains high-quality talent.
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and labor laws.
Operations Management:
Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier management and contract negotiations.
Oversee facility management and ensure the workplace environment supports business operations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements, including industry standards, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
Maintain up-to-date records of company licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
Customer and Trade Relations:
Foster strong relationships with key customers, trade partners, and suppliers.
Oversee the setup and management of trade accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Assist in resolving complex customer inquiries and escalations to maintain a positive reputation.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on the performance of corporate services, including financial analysis, HR metrics, and operational efficiency.
Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in administrative processes.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Australia citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Proficiency in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and trade partners.
